Standard packaging includes a poly bag (free of charge) placed inside a master carton (also free). For retail-ready custom printed boxes, we can produce them based on your artwork design — minimum order of 500 pcs applies, with an additional tooling/setup fee.
Yes. We offer both ODM and OEM services:
ODM: Apply your company logo to our existing product range. MOQ is 200 pcs per item.
OEM / New Product Development: Submit your sample or design specifications. Our engineering team will develop the product including plastic injection molds, aluminum tooling, and custom fabric components. Tooling costs apply.
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) and PayPal. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit before production, and the remaining 50% upon shipment (before bill of lading is released).

All products are manufactured under our ISO 13485 quality management system. Our in-house QC team performs multi-stage inspections: incoming raw materials, in-process production checks, and final pre-shipment inspection. Non-conforming materials are returned to suppliers and affected products are reworked or scrapped before dispatch.
